Our Baby will grow to be about 4.5 pounds this week, and will start to gain about 8 ounces a week. She should start to move to a head-down position – this will prepare for birth, but also allow more blood to flow to her developing brain.

Our baby will grow to be about 4 pounds this week, and will be between 15-17 inches long. Her skeleton will be turning from cartilage to solid bone, so her kicks will start to be stronger. Layers of fat are being deposited under her skin, which will give her skin a more pinkish color.

Our baby will grow a little bit this week, and could weigh up to 3.5 pounds. She will grow to be about 14-16 inches. At this point, babies start to be very active, and Emily should be able to feel about 10 kicks an hour.
