Our Baby will grow to be about 2.5 pounds this week, and be a total of nearly 15 inches long. Her lungs will be capable of breathing air, and the development of her main organs will be nearing completion. Her eyelids will be capable of opening this week as well.

Our Baby will be about 2 pounds this week, and will be between 12-15 inches long!

She is developed enough right now that if she were born her chance of survival would be 85% – there would be some parts of her that would need to be regulated, but most of her body’s systems are nearly developed.

Our Baby will grow to be about 1.3 pounds this week. If she could stand, she would be about 1 foot tall. Her hearing system will be completely formed this week, and she will start to be more sensitive to sounds. Her eyes are almost fully developed as well, and are blue, since all babies have blue eyes in the womb.
